The course was pitched at a sensible level, it did not come across as condescending or dumbed down (which some courses I have done on this subject have done) and explained the regulations in an appropriate level of detail. The course worked with my computers accessibility settings which was great. The course could be improved if there was a short explanation of what was wrong if you answer a question incorrectly along with the link to return to the section that covered the question. The link did not return me to the correct section when I used the link so did not explain my error.

I felt that this course was not interactive enough to keep the learner engaged and although I need this course for work I found it quite dull.
Good basic refresher. Informative. good explanation of the roles of data controller and data processor. The problem with online courses of this sort is that there is no facility to ask questions.
