Absolute garbage, I do these courses straight away now otherwise I’ll have these courses hanging over me until I’ve done it and then be constantly reminded, now I’m free for the rest of the month until I get the next garbage course reminder…zero stars…
Being made to watch the videos before attempting the quiz at the end is frustrating- especially when you are confident you know the overwhelming majority of the answers. There should be a straight to quiz option.It was also a course (identical) I did 2 years ago anyway- no need to repeat the exact course again.

You need to make these videos more interesting - they are incredibly tedious and painful to sit through
I have to do this every year and so it would be good to be able to skip the same videos and go straight to the questions. This law will not change that often.
stop talking so much
I read through what was at least 3 hrs of stuff I knew nothing about. It needs to state that all needed to watch was a few videos and awnser questions.wich I did today and passed 1st time. Need to make sure you make this more clear to us. Thanks Sandra craft.
