I found this informative and in good plain English terms.

I learn best by reading, so INCREDIBLY frustrating to be forced to listen to videos which I can't fast-forward or just read the transcripts for. Not everyone learns best that way, so unhelpful to force people into a particular style. Particularly for over-stretched managers trying to fit in around other commitments.

I particularly enjoyed working through this training with the extra information and the scenarios to test learnt knowledge. The only think to make this excellent training material even better would be for more questions to check comprehension and understanding along the way.

A great overview with easy to understand videos of a really complex subject.

A good course covering the right amount of detail with a good range of learning techniques.

MAYBE EXPECTING TOO MUCH AS THIS IS ADVANCED, BUT SEEMED MUCH MORE COMPLICATED THAN PREVIOUS COURSE.
