The course covered many concepts, some of which were new concepts but many were also relatively simple in their nature but I could relate to them when they were pointed out.

Not a fan of the short video format, but that's just a personal thing. Content was good.

This course has been helpful reminder of things I already knew, but sometimes forget to put into practice albeit using different vocabulary for common situations in the workplace, such as Time Bandits! Moving forward I will be using some of the techniques from this course to manage my time to the optimum.
