Training informative but more relative to managers. Often lower level staff do not have the means to find quiet spaces to avoid daily interruptions.
This course doesn't reflect my working environment, e.g. working on the same project for days or weeks at a time. Some of the advice explicitly contradicts the cyber security course too!

Very simplistic.
The information and ideas presented are useful, however the way they are presented is monotonous and not conducive to holding ones attention and therefore retaining that information. I would suggest breaking up the information in short bursts BUT presenting in alternative ways throughout.
Found it quite basic and felt it could explore more useful time management techniques
