It's rather ironic that 'teamwork' training is undertaken 'individually' don't you think?

i find these hard as im regestered blind so always need help to do my course

I FOUND THIS THE MOST INTERESTING OF THE COURSES, HELPING YOU TO DEVELOPE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU AND HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR TEAM. IT ALSO BRINGS TO MIND THAT THE MANAGEMENT COULD DO ALOT MORE TO HELP WITH THE TEAMS PROGRESS, RESOLVING ISSUES AND HELP WITH EVERYONE IN THE TEAM NOT JUST THERE FAVOURITES, WHICH I KNOW HAPPENS. IF YOUR A FAVOURITE YOU SEEM TO BE ABLE TO ACHIVE MORE THAN THE ONES THAT ARE NOT WHICH IS A SHAME. TEAM WORKS STARTS FROM ABOVE WORKING ITS WAY DOWN TO THE TEAM MEMBERS. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

Having worked in many organisations over the years I can positively say that this course has a lot of original content

I think the content was well structured and informative. The only improvement would be an increase in interactivity. I understand it is a short course but it would've benefited from occasional consolidating questions to confirm understanding. The additional resources were great and helpful.

Due to the nature of the topic, I felt like this particular course was quite basic. However, I can see that this would be beneficial to individuals that may struggle with teamwork.

A useful overview of some common sense skills and techniques. Helped me identify those areas where I need improvement, and reassured me of those where I'm doing well.

This training did not have any interaction such as a quiz included. It was easy to zone out and not concentrate. I was surprised there was no final quiz as most training sessions have one of these. The information included was useful though.
