Looks like I'm stressed.
felt this to be very easy to understand
It hasn't taught me anythin I didn't know already sorry - the pace is too slow & the information readily available elsewhere - the 'test' could be successfuly completed without listening to the session to be honest.
On-line course feels like form over substance. It comes across (quite strongly) as a tick box to satisfy a legal obligation rather than driven by a desire to substantively improve employees deal with stress
Poor usability
Easy to just skip the content and just complete the quiz. See this as just a paper exercise, not very educational.

More a waste of time stating the obvious. Screen layout and readability was quite poor - click on button below - barely visible. Colour contrast very poor - some text very difficult to read - black on bown in particular
