The process has made me realise that stress accumilates and we perhaps miss all the little tell tales of stress building
your initial graphic's in black text are hidden by the picture of the female behind the words. the training is very good at helping to identify stress but the way in coping with stress is not compulsory and you miss out some of the information required to answers the questions in the test .... the graphics are very good and the training would benefit with more graphic's as there is a lot of information conveyed in speech and it is difficult to take it all in in the time period.
Some of the Questions asked in the test at the end were not covered by the training
I thought the material was very good and gave the person taking it a useful insight into the subject. The mix of video and graphics was about right and maintained my interest.
Course cover the basics of stress in the workplace and how it can effect anyone
Avery informative programme dealing with the signs, symptons of stress and simple ways in how to reduce stress levels in the workplace.
Overall, I thought it was very good - easy to understand and very well presentedWell done to you all
This test is too long and could impart the same level of information in half the time.
Interesting and started some useful thoughts but mostly it was common sense.
This programme caused as much stress as it teaches about. Every video was either unavailable or access denied, causing the use of subtitles to be essential and, as the subtitles sometimes refer to pictures (like the 'lifeboat') these become hard to understand. The first question on the test would not accept an answer, no matter how many times you clicked on it and then upon reloading, it skipped this question.
