Some good points

There were some well made points in this, and I liked the levity level which meant it wasn't too full on!

better than i expected,

I liked the assessment of where someones stress level is and also ensuring that the person takine the test understands they have a resposibility to notify someone in thier company if they are feeling very stressed. A good tool for bringing up the subject.

As a long term asthmatic with excema who (at 48) is suffering the family curse of hair loss...I was surprised there is a chance that these are stress related!

Some useful information and coping strategies. Occasionally difficult to navigate through the programme, especially if viewed in full screen mode.

Overall quite good but the presentation by the speaker was a bit monotonous as he was standing still in front of a white background so his hand movements became distracting.

It assumes that your management will reasct appropriately to your needs. This is not always the case, particularly if management demands are the cause of your stress.

Good Content, well presented.

Useful training tool, especially as requirements for H&S related topics change. The only thing I would like is 'light up' arrows to show when to move to next page/slide.

A good programme

useful to those starting out in work and understanding the presssures and stresses they may occur. After being in the workplace for many years I think most people recognise when they are stresssed and deal with this in a way they need to.
