In regard to risk assessments in the first question , all actions in regard to this would have had a risk assessment provided or a hazzardous assessment, so both answers were right .

In my opinion there should be an earlier emphasis on personal decontam and kit replacement i.e. box everything up, decontam self, dispose of as per policy, Replace used kit with fresh Record and report
