Very good, and interesting. Seems obvious, but does make me more thoughtful in my every day activities and work practise - makes me feel more determined to not cut corners due to the stresses of work, such as the demand to get things done quickly, and impatient students, and to stick to my instincts on H&S.

well presented. All the information is concise and actually points out the things that people start taking for granted.

This programme was easy to follow and understand.

It is very comprehensive with clear explanations. However, a lot of it is common sense and some explanations are overdetailed for my liking. Perhaps it could be differentiated- and a condensed version offered for degree holders.

I do not like the 30 minutes allowed fro working from a stepladder / ladder. Most sites I work on do not allow any activities except short tasks to be carried out from ladders.

We had problems printing the certificate and it crashed on me. When i logged back in, it had lost all my progress so i had to do it all again. It managed to print the second time round, so it could be a mixture of software and hardware problems

I found the presentation easy to understand, at the right level for student induction level as well as being demanding enough to satisfy the interest of more senior and experienced employees. the balance was spot on !

The programme provided clear instructions to avoid slips, trips and falls to be applied at home or at the workplace. The multimedia presentation allowed greater explanation than would be achieved using a simple paper based system.

These topics are clearly covered in a short, concise programme which is easy to understand and follow.
