Very informative, covers the subjects with a fair amount of detail. In the top three of potential training providors for 2012

The presentation of what can be quite a "dry" subject, ensured that ones attention was secured. Obvious common sense statements were interspered with interesting facts, that with the"threat" of a test, made viewing and concentrating easy.

The layout and paragraphs were easy to take in - not too long or boring. I found the interactive nature to be engaging.

I really enjoyed this training program. It was very informative and interesting. I especially liked the videos as they really kept your interest. I had four online training tests to do so your are in front of the monitor for a long time so you really need something that won't put you to sleep! A wonderful program.really professionallly done .

You carefully differentiate throughout your video, between steps, stepladders and ladders. Then in the test you ask .... ".....what proportion of major fall accidents involve ladders?" Given your 'correct' answer of 1/3, I suspect you are now counting 'all' types of steps/ladders, but this is not made clear, even given your earlier verbal statement which simply refers to 'ladders'. Generally though, I thought your presentation good.

The programme was easy to follow and it helped to be able to go back if necessary to check information. Did feel in some places that it was a lot to take in at one go as there where many parts to some of the sections. Therefore it was good there was an option to do it in stages.

I found this programme very easy to use. It is easy to navigate your way through each step.

I show this to several lots of staff at one time as we have over 50 people who all work at differing times of the day or week. After the joint completion of the test I provide certificates myself for their files. Programme is clear and precise and I have no problems with it.
