clear and easy to understand, test was simple after the training! each step was clear-cut! only issue i personally had was adjusting the volume on the training programme itself, if it hadn't of had the subtitles i would of had problems! but then i'm no wizz-kid on a computer! cheers gav

I found the course useful in reminding me of my duty of care not only to myself but also to other members of the team I work with and also towards everyone who works for or comes onto the company premises.

Good easy to follow training program. Especially like the fact that it can be run as and when required. Only thing missing is the option to save the certificates to a file rather than printing, we're aiming for a paper free environment.
