A well presented programme

For a subject which really ought to be common sense, this training module was able to add an extra layer of understanding and highlight some issues that would perhaps be overlooked in many places. Delivery is slick and gets the message across very well. One question came up in the test that I didn't think was covered in the training, but the structure of training allowed me to still select the right answer.

All these training session are really important. However, the sequential and spoken style of training dictates the pace of the training and that creates a one-size fits all approach that is probably fine for people with minimal intelligence. However, for many, too much time is spent on the common sense elements making it more likely for the really important elements that are not common sense to become disguised and perhaps missed. The training is otherwise really clear and very well presented. My suggestion is for you to offer a test at the start, then offer tailored training based on the test results, and then test again. That would offer much more effective and mutually-respectful sessions that would certainly result in a better understanding of the key issues and therefore a reduction in injuries and losses.
