The programme goes into more detail than I expected with a good explanation and the test was comprehensive.

A well paced, clear delivery with helpful graphics.
All 4 units are time consuming when put together. It's good, however,that you can leave them and come back at your convenience. The information provides useful reminders not only for work but for around the home too. I think the risk assessment section for your desk and surroundings is completely over the top.
