The course was a little long but fairly straightforward. After I completed it, my name was spelled incorrectly on the final certificate, but this was quickly corrected using the online chat facility (thank you, Amanda).

I have done lots of Safeguarding Training over the years, I would rate this as one of the best, if not the best.

Easy to use training but the sound disrupts the other people in the office. I did turn on the sub titles but found as I was reading, the video, as it was running, was distracting. It is also distracting doing the training in the office where other people also work.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course it was clear and easy to understand. some of the question are written in a way to really make you recap what you've learnt as they are a bit tricky made me deliberate when answering the questions.

I would recommend anyone who is involved in child care or safeguarding children to complete the e-learning training. It is absolutely essential that responsible persons pay attention to the very clear and concise messages that are included within this package.

Precise, clear and informative

I found the course quite long and in places tedious. I wondered when it would get to the end and although I worked quite fast (I thought), I did make some notes and the whole course took nearly 2 hours to complete. A 'click to confirm' button would be useful. I knew one answer but carelessly clicked the wrong one. I realised my mistake straight away but it was too late and there is no way of putting right such an error.

I very good course, this has made me more aware of protecting children.
