The course was extremely thorough and explained clearly with plenty of resources to refer back to.
The information was delivered in a clear way that enabled me to understand and remember the content. It seemed to be wide ranging and did not shy away from any areas. Understanding the basic premises and the concept that it is a good to "trust your instinct" and who and how to report enabled me not to feel overwhelmed.
