The 2 presenters were entertaining as well as informative. Clearly explained and covered key points well. I had problems being able to do the test but this was the only technical hitch. Impressed with immediate response to my email explaining that the system didn't let me click the test button effectively.

This course was informative and very clearly explained, within the videos, all aspects of child safety. Covering all subjects and procedures in a delicate and expert manner, it really lays out the signs to look for and how to deal with any occurrences. Thank you.

It really easy to learn aswell
This is a heavy subject and takes some sticking with. There are multiple overlapping areas and possible streams that need to be considered. The course highlights items to help recognition and the child centred approach
