The training is commendable in particular for New Managers. It reinforces the content of our Policy and Procedure. The Returning to Work in different scenarios is of significance. It is beneficial in that it provides additional information.

I liked the tips given about taking time out and not trying to do too much too soon also the breathing tip.
It will be easier for me to go back with some reflection on the material. It would be good if you also included some information about regulations for breastfeeding mothers, or did I missed it in the materials?Thank you
