The training is commendable in particular for New Managers. It reinforces the content of our Policy and Procedure. The Returning to Work in different scenarios is of significance. It is beneficial in that it provides additional information.

Really good overview for managers. Particularly good for staff returning from long term sickness or challenging illness or injury. Only thing perhaps not reflected sufficiently is that there needs to be a discussion and agreement regarding reasonable adjustments - some staff think that anything they ask for should be given and although we will always do our best as we want to welcome staff back to work sometimes we cannot accommodate everything.
Very thorough and provides excellent perspective from whichever role (employee or manager) you undertake.
