The training covered everything you needed to know and reassured you that all the correct safety checks had been done before returning to work.
The presentation fully explains the 'return to work' procedure and with self help solutions encouraging a positive outcome for both employee and manager.
Especially appreciate the advice for anxiety/stress, needs to be addressed as people tend to not let others know due to feeling in adequate.
I found this course very informative it gave all of the scenarios that I’m feeling about going back to work as well as strategies for me to use to assist getting through the first few weeks. It referred to mindfulness and as I have completed training on this it was good to see it being used here too.
It is more suited to people working in the office, but I appreciate it is very difficult to cover every role
