Helpful and easy

An encouraging course that helps the transition of going back to work go smoothly.

Some good information, lengthy process.

I found this course very informative with some very good ideas. However, to inwardly digest the information - as I am a deliberate reader, who considers the facts as I read them & also makes notes - the time scale quoted to complete the training course was substantially inaccurate for me but not everyone. Some useful techniques for managing our transition back to the workplace, Thank you.

Helpful and wells structured

The links and suggested policy documents were very useful

4/5
Interesting, if a little idealistic

Not terribly relevant as I had been working in the office during the coronavirus. Whilst I understand the importance of managing workloads and mental health and wellbeing, it isn't always as easy as taking a break when you want one, or listening to music as this is often not practical. Good to have those tips though

wishful thinking..........

The sentiment is very good but the message needs sending to those on Furlough as those that I know have had no contact at all. The message given was that Managers and Supervisors need to keep in contact with their staff, maybe this should be communicated to them as again in my experience its non existent. I felt very alone and disconnected from / forgotten about by the company. Even emails to HR went unanswered. And because of the financial downturn I doubt requests for additional equipment as suggested in the video would be accepted.

4/5
Simple and straightforward.

A simple way for many people to consider how the return to work can be managed. Possibly not great for all our team who are often highly trained in emotional coaching and awareness. The mindfulness aspect is possibly too simplistic, and is not a true reflection of what mindfulness is, but this is easily supplemented through other training. It fits neatly into the course as it stands.

4/5
Detailed and very appropriate

Covered lots of areas that many of the staff will be thinking about and provides useful advice on dealing with stress/anxiety and worries people may have. Also gave some very practical advice too which is easy to follow and appropriate for this current time.

4/5
Informative and resourceful

A good reminder that not everyone reacts the same to certain situations.

4/5
Useful

Useful for anyone feeling worried or anxious.
