The training was interactive and very informative in relation to risk of injure at work and ways to avoid those risk.
I have never been away from work but still found it useful.
The format was useful and easy to digest - if you are struggling with concentration the bite size films worked well. It was helpful to have the message 'be kind to yourself' given from the management team before returning to site after such a long time away. There was only one moment that made me cringe when I realised I was watching a training video on how to breath!?! All in all a positive experience. Thank you
I found this course very useful and especially relevant at this time.
The course was easy to understand and gave me some good ideas on what i should be doing in my place of work
I enjoyed the course and it made complete sense with the current situation. I have adjusted some of my behaviours to help other members of staff who may feel strange or worried about the return to work and also any of my students who may have been affected in this difficult time.
