none of this rang true to me so was a bit annoyed at the end, this seems to be exactly how management force change then complain that people cannot adapt even though the change is probably detrimental to health and well being of the staff. really did not relate to this video in anyway
Very obvious content
Very predictable and the contents of the course should have already been known by all attendees.
The course was boring and predictable in that it just mentioned everything that is obvious and common sense.
