Overall it is good refresher and reminder. Yet there are few thing that spoils the whole picture: First it says you are required to clean your PPE, and than it says you did wrong if you clean it. Once it says hand cream is enough as protection, but it is wrong when answer that. Once it says filtering RPE is good for flying particles, but such answer is regarded as wrong.
Training should be specific to the workplace, not generalized. It seems designed to profit the company, and appears aimed at preventing claims from employees.

Video over complicated course and dragged on for too long. Estimated time was wrong.

This was a presentation covering many/all industries so was only partly relevant to my everyday working life. Nevertheless I still had to wade through all the irrelevant stuff and be tested on it. I had the same experience with other modules e.g. ladders. In that case there was no reference whatsoever of the low level type of ladder with which I have been issued.
