A bit to much detail for an office worker, better suited for construction workers.
It is of use to understand that the employer has a legal obligation to provide PPE in specific environments and that such equipment must be to fit the person wearing it rather than "hand-me-downs" Much of what is contained in the course will not be of any use to me though im my own working environment, hence the rating. One this again of note, the welcome slide at the start of this course does not have any sound.

I have really enjoyed this course and would be happy to do more courses like this.
I know a fair bit about the PPE that I use in my work environment but that is only a tiny fraction of the PPE covered in this course. So I learnt a lot about signage, respirators, fall restraints, clothing, gloves etc.for many working environments that I have never experienced. I will now look more closely at people using PPE and try to work out what they are using and why!
