Great refresher. Short step by step instructions easy to follow.

Training is easy to follow and understand.

Clear training and summary slides for each section.

Very good quality pictures and videos going straight to the point. I really enjoyed it. It was much shorter than I thought though. You also get a certificate at the end.

the course was good but the procedure itself very unclear. i wanted to retake the test but it appeared to be locked in a cycle that kept kept repeating the slides but would not allow me to retake the test. I had no sections to tick and after third attempt had no choice but to give in. i now have no certificate downloaded or any record of my result. Not impressed, what a waste of my time.

The teaching techniques are good and helpful for a quick recap of the training.

I awarded 4 stars because I genuinely pressed the incorrect button on a question I knew perfectly well. It meant that I don't have a100% grade. In any test or exam the person taking the test is able to review their answers before handing in. I would have welcomed the opportunity to do the whole test again, even with different questions.

Excellent refresher. Helpful to be able to do this whilst waiting to complete a hands on course
