Was good to refresh what I have already been taught and made me feel confident about any future incidents that may arise .

Clear and easy course to follow

This course was visually clear and information and instructions were verbally descriptive and informative to the visual images. At the end of each section a summary was given that was really effective. The time frame to complete this refresher training was brilliant. Many thanks.

Easy to follow and to the point. It was good having two voices. As listening to one voice all the time, your attention can waiver. Found it interesting, however it did not deal with injuries such sprains/twists, broken bones, scalds and burns and anything else I have not mentioned.

Really liked the videos to follow. Having live models then switching to the dummy was good to see.The brief summary was useful after each video

i really enjoyed this part of the course and learned how to preform a CPR for a child and a baby and what to do and not do to not cause any harm to that person.

I loved taking this course with having a two and half year old I always wanted to do it
