Interesting and surprising.
learnt a lot from this training, stuff that I hadn't even considered. I will be far more vigilant now and engage more with people who work in hospitality to find out where they live, who they work for, are their working conditions good.

A well-detailed course with animated videos for case study which aids easy understanding and retentive memory.
The course had a presentation that was easy to follow, with information broken down into bite-sized chunks. The presentation was imaginatively designed and the test at the end required an engagement with the material.
