This is an effective way to manage feelings of stress and anxiety, and can even be used as a relaxation technique for stress-anxiety This meditation technique really helped my thoughts and I felt so relaxed after the breathing exercise will start from tomorrow and take 5 mins of my day for me.

Simple techniques to refocus the mind.
This was a pleasant surprise, the talk through was very relaxing, enabelling you to focus on your surroundings. The simple use of our own senses are very powerful. Being grateful for our own surroundings, and how to reduce the pressure's is key. Keep the chimp in the Box! 😉
