Simple and easy to follow and understand.
Useful for helping in stressful times.
Great reminder that your thoughts don't have to rule the show. You can choose what you want to focus on or ignore.

Well explained and easy to follow
Well explained and easy to follow, and provides a useful start for those who haven't taken part in Mindfulness before or a good review for those who have.
Today is a gift, that's why it's the present.
This course was really good for me to sit back, relax and clear my mind before the start of a working day. It really has cleared all stress and I feel calmer. Really good course, I would recommend this course to be shared more in a work place, even when you're in the office or working at home. It helps bring you back and to relax. Thank you

Useful Introduction to Mindfulness
Although I study Philosophy and practice meditation, I enjoyed this short course in mindfulness which I feel would benefit a great deal of people either at work or in their personal lives.
