Some helpful bits but..
A lot of patronising and asking someone to "check online resources". Good for corporate whitewashing 😊
Could have been delivered as a leaflet.
I have pretty extensive experience dealing with my own mental health issues although the advice in this video series is sound its long winded, generic and over complicated. It felt at times condescending and belittling.
Well-meaning but patronising
Repeatedly being told that someone having a mental illness shouldn't be something to be embarrassed (etc.) about has the opposite impact.
Very basic
I felt this was a little patronising and very basic.
