Very helpful and informative.

My sister is currently suffering with mental health issues and the course has shown me more ways in which I can help and support her with the things she is working through. The course was very well presented with good information and has helped me be more aware of how I can recognise and help with others by just being there, offering the right support and pointing them in the right direction towards a better state of mental wellbeing.

Good information well presented.

The training is well presented and easy to understand. It gives clear information about mental health, with sensible tips that could help everyone to improve their life. It also raises awareness of the different mental health issues that may have a negative impact on you, or those around you. Well worth spending the time to go through the training.

Good to read about

It was good to read on something I am acutely aware of although most of this was known to me I feel it's a good subject to have disseminated throughout the business environment.

Easy to follow

Easy to follow E learning with a hand stop and play feature so if interrupted (which I was several times) I could pick up where I left off

Good to know this is a common thing

This helped me understand that having negative thoughts and feeling upset about them is a common thing and that we will not be penalised for having these thoughts. Reassuring to know that we will be supported and not made to feel failure for admitting to feeling anxious and worried. It is good to know this subject is being addressed to the wider audience.
