informative proactive & well structured

I enjoyed learning about mental health as I have only really ever learnt about physical health. The topics confirmed that breathing, sleeping, eating nutritious fresh un processed food is best where possible and that nature itself unlocks our minds so we can work at our best withstanding the stresses imposed by the modern world. This makes us more resilient and able to be successful in everything we do whilst constantly improving our working practices.
