Helpfully course with lots of good information
I very much enjoyed this training, it was a good reminder of how to identify possible mental health issues and how to manage them and advise others. Thank you.
The course dismisses stress as: "the state of mental or emotional "strain" that comes from difficult or demanding experiences." Palmer, 1999.Chronic Stress is a significant issue due to its making one more susceptible to ill health, which in turn can further reduce one's ability to cope.Apart from that, the course contained plenty of useful information not only for recognising problems with mental health, but also for managing them.
