Good but some conflicting information

Majority of this was really good. Your links to other info and awareness of what people might be going through is good.Nutrition. We shouldn’t be demonising foods. Telling people to ‘avoid’ biscuits and other foods is not helpful. Especially when you go on to say buy cake in for colleagues birthday. Food isn’t always about nutrition and calories sometimes we just need a brew a biscuit and a chat. Don’t underestimate the importance of food socially

It was ok

Test almost pointless because the answers were so obvious. I did however really like the visual that went with the breathing exercise though.

Tutorial is too long

The training session is too time consuming, individuals would be more enthusiastic to undertake training if it could be completed within a few minutes rather than putting it off due to time constraints. There are too many lengthy training sessions sent through in close proximity causing individuals to undergo stress trying to complete them.

It’s ok

Good into to MH for people who really haven’t got a clue about this area.

Excellent presentation

I thought the presenattion was very good, as was the support material and links. I am more concerned with the ability too retain the information and techniques over time with no iteraction or stimulus. Associates have more than one learning style and this style will not be of benefit for everyone.

Good

The course format was good, however it only gave very basic "common sense" information. The information, I feel was not contusive to form a clear defined path to learning. If the course was awareness then it was sufficient and gave the reader a greater understanding of Mental health issues.

A little patronising

I found it useful if you were someone who had never had a mental health issue, which is sadly very few people nowadays. However it was a little patronising and I was not particularly impressed that the mental health illnesses were represented by "aliens and monsters". If you have a mental health issue, you already feel alienated enough from society so it probably wasn't the best metaphor for them..I did find the breathing exercise (belly breathing) very useful as I have not heard of this before and the links to the extra web pages is a good touch.

Only for self help, not others

Some information was very useful in understanding yourself and help yourself. Many impacts come from others and there was little about inpacts towards others.
