A very detailed course which immediately highlights how you can improve your management skills towards your team, talk to them , listen to them and help them to look forward to working for your company and encourage positive working attitudes by looking after them . Also how to look after yourself personally as a Manager when everyday you may have an issue which you fight through but forget to look after yourself in the process and forget if you are not looking at a situation calmly , this will be felt by your colleagues or even family . But overall Talk, Listen , Help -

Doing this course has helped me not only in helping others but also in helping myself as I deal with mental health challenges.

Thoroughly enjoyed contents

The course is broad and interesting raising awareness of mental health issues, what to look out for and how to address concerns with employees who appear to be, or make you aware that they are struggling with their mental health.
