Interesting, Important, Current,

It was good to be shown how to self analyze, and see where competencies could be improved. Not only to train your body, but train your mind in personal and work life.

Useful course and good reminder.

This training course is suitable for managers who need an introduction to mental health and how it can present itself in the workplace. The course provides an overview of the common mental health problems people may experience, the symptoms and effects of them and what you should do to support any employees who are struggling. You also learn how to promote positive mental health in your workplace and make adjustments; skills that will help you give employees the support they require.

very interesting

mental health is a subject we all shy away from, very interesting course, I feel more confident to address this issue with a team member, it would be less daunting to tackle this subject having done this course.

I feel it was well worth my time and provided a great insight to assist myself and other members of our organisation.

Enlightening

Found the course very informative. It certainly makes you think about both your own mental health and the others around you both in the workplace and at home. Hoping to never have to use the information shared but if need be, it gives a good insight into what to look for and the triggers.

Really helpful course.

The course will give confidence to us all to approach colleagues and ask how they are when we see signs of them struggling. I hope people do the same for me to!

Thought provoking

Very well explained and laid out. It makes you evaluate yourself and recognise some elements that had become every day occurrences.
