Very helpful and useful information given

From start to finish the course explains the emotions and feelings that many people experience at sometime during their life, be it at work or personal. Explains that no two people are the same and that different things trigger different emotions. It was good to have confirmed that the approach and behaviours that I've adopted for the last 30 years are considered best practise.

Course was informative and gives a good simple introduction to mental health issues which can effect people.

It provides a great insight and great knowledge about mental health issues and how to seek help or support team members who may be having mental health challenges. I will recommend this course is taking periodically to help everyone.

The content was good. There was a lot of additional resources and conditions referred to that could be easily missed, glossed over. I would prefer an auto roll on instead of having to click next 38 times (Just a personal preference).

this course was very useful to me it has gave me knowledge to understand mental health a lot more and i will be looking to read up more bout this so thank you.

I found this course both thought provoking and a useful learning experience for both supporting my team and supporting and helping myself to be more supportive

I got a lot out of this course and it gave me a better understanding of mental health and how to look after yourself and how to approach colleagues that may be having some issues. Well worth doing
