Overall relevant content. Requires an organisation to have policies & procedures in place to be meaningful e.g. menopause policy and sickness absence agreements. Some links no longer working - acas and cipd.

I found this course insightful and relatable as someone who is experiencing " the change" It's good to know that there is support out there and advice and guidance if needed. I went and found my workplace policy at the end of the training!
