Give u a really good idea of safety
A welcome short length course explaining how the back works & providing tips in how to look after my body. The end test made me stop, think & recall what I had listened too; it helped me to remember the subject material discussed previously on-line.

Gives personal much needed knowledge to help anyone who is carrying out manual handling, not just in the workplace.
Great, but a bit long compared to many company's approach to MH.
So glad I now know how to do things properly and will be safe doing it.
