I would advise this course to anyone who what's more of an insight of how to manual handle with care from your daily lifting to on site lifting.
Thank for giving me this insightful course. It has certainly educated me and made me more aware of how to do things properly.
The manual handling training course is very clear and comprehensible, it gave me a good insight of how to lift things without straining my body, it is very educative and it enhances my knowledge and understanding of how easy it is to move heavy objects without sustaining any injuries and more over, it is a well designed course.
