The clips in each should automatically run into each other. Having to press next, then play, getting a Bad Gateway message, go back, watch the previous section to access the next button again-it happened loads of times. The clips are informative and well presented but the accessing of them is way too clunky.

This was the third time I have taken manual handling training, The online course was very good.

I thought the course was well constructed and delivered. Clear and concise. However I had problems throughout with wither Internal Server Errors, and had to repeat 'slides' - and especially during the exam where answers were not saved and had to go back to repeat. This made it a little frustrating.
The course explained in selections and showed examples easy to learn instructions on how to take care of ourselves when lifting a load.

Waste of time and effort. Only did the course because I had to. These courses achieve NOTHING.
