I have been completing manual handling course for many years now but its always a good subject to recap on as we get older our bodies change but the mind still thinks were still 21.
Never thought of the details mentioned in the training. There are very few courses where we learn about things that help not only in office but also at home - this one was one of them. Thanks a lot for this training.

First thing you ever do is a risk assessment. Apparently not. The test writer says that answer is wrong. Can't recommend this.

Although it is largely common sense, it helps to be shown the right techniques in a logical fashion.
I found the course very well put together Which made Learning and doing the course a pleasure to do rather than a chore I can find a classroom sometimes very challenging. And anxiety building up For failure in the front people a big concern But with this course. And at my own paste it was ok
