The course is excellent to intimate me on manual handling. I'm now aware and understand how to on how to carry out manual handling with safety.
I thought this was a good example of MH training made simple and clear. It covers all the key points, and the illustrations are clear and helpful. I think the maths about the loads you can manage could be re-thought as most people probably wouldn't assess the load weight correctly or know what, eg: 15kgs feels like to lift. I've done a great deal of MH training over the course of my career and this is a good example of an online course.

This was a useful course refreshing me on what was required and how to complete basic tasks. It was not patronising despite showing things we have done all our lives.

Only thing I would say is on the test it would be better if you could submit the answers yourself as on a couple of questions I taped the wrong answer but couldn’t rectify it.
Easy flowing and easy to follow and understand
