I found that the visual learning a great way of building my knowledge on manual lifting. Video's are key for me to learn as I find when reading information it doesn't also stick with me but this was fabulous and I learnt alot.
Everything required is in the courseQ+A at the end is a bit strange, clicking an answer locks out and doesn't give you an option to change and answer if you decide to change before submitting

This course will give the individual a number of trigger points to consider prior to undertaking any level of manual handling regardless of the task required.

Another well presented course - useful to see the science behind the pressures put on the spine and manual handling in various scenarios.
While having one long video with everything is a bit much have 8-9 one minute videos is also a bit annoying, maybe having 4-5 min lengths so not continuously clicking next and play, just felt like I clicked next and play a few hundred times, but information is spot on and easy to take on
