Any training where you can click through without reading properly, answer the questions knowing that, if you get them wrong, you can make a note of the right answer and then get asked exactly the same questions again in a re-sit is really just a tick box exercise. Not worth the paper which I have long since stopped bothering to print it on.
I found the training very helpful and informative. I have learned much from this course and would recommend this to others.
lots of great information and didn't realise how wrong I was lifting and putting myself at risk until I completed this course. Some people may think the know how to lift safely and correctly but this pointed out my bad habits that have crept into my daily tasks without me even realising. Well worth the time spent to complete.

The fact there is a test at the end of each course and a pass level required is excellent. Very easy to just sit and watch these training courses and just glaze over, then move onto the next one.
A very good course which takes you through everything you need to know in an easy to understand order. All the slides were of a good quality and the actual examples were very useful.

I thought this course was really informative and enjoyable to follow. My only issue is that you suggest to use a step ladder when lifting from height. We would not be allowed to use this suggestion as we need to keep 3 points of contact on a ladder at all times.
It was made interesting as it was broken down into sections
