I must say it is good for every individual, no matter their age, work type, or physical strength. It hold a good knowledge about day to day life activities which are excluding your work. in my opinion it is very beneficial.
Very straightforward and easy instructions on manual handling.
Thankfully a training session that wasn’t endless PowerPoint style pages. A nicely presented package that not only tells you why but explains how to perform manual handling more safely.
