I think most of it is common sense which any adult should really have anyway. The whole thing was drawn out. The Conclusion did not give me any information at all. Hearing how other people hurt themselves was of no interest to me.
A face to face course would be far more beneficial as Moving and Handling is a practical exercise. I do not think an online course is adequate.
in a world of imperfect human beings and an understanding of the human brain and memory fuction that is still flawed and mostly theoretical, it is ridiculous to expect someone to adequately absorb the droning rambling work irrelevant facts presented in these tests. A test passed does not mean a lesson learned it merely means a question can be answered minutes after being told the answer. nothing more.
failed to save and difficult to navigate
Just remake it in HTML instead of flash, it will work on all systems rather than be limited to what ones flash work on, and will be dramatically quicker. Why make people wait to move between tests and movies just to slow an animation? Its infuriating
Safe handling could be done properly in a much shorter time, its packed with a lot of talking and you do not need to know how your back bone is structured to be able to lift safely.
Always better to do manual handling trainng with real loads as to gauge the weight you are able to lift etc. I am deaf and found this type of trainng very diffcult on the ears.
videos load too slow, everything fades or slides in very slowly.
this is common sense
Lots of irrelevant material to wade through. Subtitles with videos would be of benefit. The pace of the video is very slow and loses interest quickly.
