I found this partically one average reason being there was a slow internet connecttion which took extra long to load the videos and there was such alot of videos and hardly an text.

Content was excellently delivered and very understandable

Easy and simple to use

Great idea, very useful and easy to follow and understand with clear instructions, one criticism is that the demonstrations and concise/ brief to reduce the time it takes to complete one section and training program.

I found it very useful especially as I suffer from back problems it did repeat itself a few times but overall good

Excellent.

A great awareness package that covers an extensive area including not just the working environment but also taking the 'holistic approach'. Thank you.

I believe two of the questions were misleading. The first one was with regard to lowering a box into position. The answer was to adjust position later, but this can only happen when you lower it straight down which was the first answer..I think the question needs to be clarified. The second was with regard to the height at which you should push or pull a trolley. The answer was between waist and shoulder .In the video it clearly shows the lady pushing and pulling at waist height only. If a person pushes a trolley at shoulder height, the law of gravity will have it that you will push over the trolley. If you pull it at shoulder height you will not be able to maintain your balance. In some cases if you were to do the same at chest height the results could be the same. In my opinion I believe the answer should be waist height as again was portrayed in the video.

A usefull,easy to follow course

A usefull, easy to follow course which can be completed at work without the need to travel anywhere or sit a classroom. Most of it is common sense but it always good to be reminded about certain things.

Very good and easy to follow.

Would have preferred listening rather than subtitles but thats my system not the programme.
